How is my seafood kept cold during shipping?
We pack every order in a heavy-duty insulated cooler with a precise amount of dry ice to ensure your crab arrives frozen and stays frozen throughout its journey.
When will my order arrive?
We offer expedited shipping options including Overnight and 2-Day delivery. Orders placed before 10 AM PST Monday through Wednesday typically ship the same day.
Do you ship to all 50 states?
Yes, we ship to all 50 U.S. states. Please note that shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional shipping fees due to the air freight required.
How should I thaw my King Crab legs?
For the best quality, we recommend thawing your crab in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours. If you are in a hurry, you can place them under cold running water in a sealed bag.
What is your return policy for perishable goods?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or spoiled, please contact us within 24 hours for a full replacement or refund.
Is your crab wild-caught and sustainable?
Absolutely. All of our Alaskan King Crab is wild-caught in the icy waters of the Bering Sea and managed under strict sustainability guidelines set by the State of Alaska.
